Callaway is Board Certified in Oil and Gas Law
Callaway earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin before attending the University of Houston for his law degree.
His law practice primarily focuses on real property transactions and oil and gas matters. Callaway is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law.
Outside of work Callaway is active in Edna's First United Methodist Church and involved with various volunteer groups in Jackson County, including the Vanderbilt Volunteer Fire Department. He has served as President of the Edna Rotary Club and remains an active member. Callaway enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time.
Kelly graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Applied Learning and Development before completing law school at the University of Houston.
Her law practice primarily focuses on estate planning and related matters, including wills and probate.
Kelly is very involved in the community, serving on the boards of both the Victoria Symphony and Texana Museum. Kelly also serves as Secretary of the Edna Rotary Club and Vice President of the Eleanor Brackenridge Literary Club. In addition, Kelly serves on the District Improvement Team for Edna ISD and the Campus Improvement Team for Industrial High School in Vanderbilt, Texas.
Through several generations, attorneys in Callaway's family have continuously maintained law offices in Jackson County for over 100 years.
